Erica Cerra, born October 31st 1979 in Vancouver, British Columbia is an Canadian actress best known for portraying Deputy Jo Lupo in the Syfy series Eureka. Cerra is the daughter of Italian parents in Vancouver British Columbia. Cerra was fascinated by acting at the age of eight years old and was featured in many commercials while a young. Khondabi posted, "I'm intrigued. When I was in elementary school, I did educational interviews for our school's news program. I also anchored our school's daily newspaper headlines. Our news program was based at Oakland Elementary was called WOAK. Khondabi stated that her first assignment as a reporter after graduation from college. The station was WAGT located situated in Augusta Georgia. Khondabi reported that she worked as a television reporter for about six years. Following Augusta, my first job was as a journalist in the morning for WOWK Charleston West Virginia. The next place I went to was Columbus Ohio where I was employed as a traffic reporter and host of morning news.
